Usage

- `make depends` will install the necessary R libraries.
- `make html` produces an HTML website.
- `make all` will produce the HTML website and copy the results to `/docs`.

When this scaffold is stored inside a GitHub project, it can function as a standalone web page served from the `/docs` path.
